New Project: Two of a Kind!
Hey Folks!
Long time no see! I'm happy to announce that the demo of my new project, Two of a Kind, is now available for play! The story follows Piper in a modern-fantasy setting, attending an all-girls college with her sister Ellie. They'll get up to all sorts of fun and wacky adventures full of lust and love. You'll be sure to see some familiar faces if you played my last game, Adventures of a Rookie Superhero, too!
This project is still in very early stages, so please do not expect a ton of content right off the get-go. I did however want to make sure that there was enough content to get a feel for the story and characters. I plan to treat this as a slice-of-life story, rather than an overarching plot like Adventures of a Rookie Superhero was. My goal with this project is to make a more polished game that includes sound effects and music (this is planned to be added later).

Itch has been taking down all adult games so I'm currently searching for other platforms to place the game on. Sadly, us developers have been under attack recently...

I can! And for future updates, until I find a long-term solution, that's likely where I will be posting it. I'm also making an X account (https://x.com/PiperPisG) so that I can post there as well.
I've been in night classes and working full time so I don't have as much time as I'd like to work on the project, but come October I should be able to dedicate much more time to it. I appreciate your patience and sticking with me through all this!
Cool. I get the grind. I am pursuing my Master's while working full-time, so kudos to you for staying busy.
But I have to ask though, why start another project...one you may or may not be able to work on in October if you have known obligations? Like I said before, I liked your previous game and this one with the demo, but man I can't get behind a dev if they do not show commitment. It's frustrating because I'd like to pledge/donate but if the dev has too many constraints, I can't. I wish you the best, but it seems like you're not going to be able complete this one given the amount you have on your plate currently. Shame.
I'm a believer that progress is progress no matter how little. I do not work on these projects to form a main source of income or even any side income -- I do it as a fun hobby on the side! While I'd absolutely love to dedicate as much time as possible to these projects, it's simply not realistic for me at this time. That being said, just because it's going to take a while I don't think that's a reason to simply give up.
I'd rather have a project take a year or so to finish rather than never start one at all. I understand from a consumer side it can be frustrating to not have updates for a while, so I always appreciate any support given as it is never expected.
I know it's only been 9 days since the demo , but I'm ready for some more lol.
The demo is very promising! I liked the fact that it sticks to what is described and that the player can chose the sexual orientation / sexual encounters. Very good start!
